In this sense, the front façade goes back 3 m to form a courtyard entrance, treat everything in stone.
The height increases approximately 1.5m in order to add a new ground and reach a height sufficient to dominate a vast panorama.
The staircase that leads to the second floor to gain breadth in the corridor is designed in a puff, with wooden steps and solid support structure suspended from the upper floor, which also makes the rail. Its rectilinear trace contrasts with the curve at this point, draw the dividing wall of stone.
In a house with party walls on three sides and closed access to a small alley, you get a place to stay outside and provide views. The distribution is made with open spaces to obtain more natural light.
The work was executed within budget and on deadline.
